What you should know before your order arrives

At vonoz, every order is handled with care — from the moment it leaves our atelier in Switzerland to the moment it arrives in your hands. Below, you'll find a brief overview of how we ship and how returns work. For full details, please refer to our official policies linked at the bottom of this page.

Shipping

  • We ship worldwide from Switzerland via trusted courier partners.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and parcel size.
  • All orders are insured until delivery.
  • You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
  • Customs duties, import taxes and local fees may apply depending on your country. These are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient.

Kindly note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 4–7 business days
  • International: 6–14 business days

Please allow extra time for customs clearance and remote areas. We appreciate your patience.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Returns must be pre-approved via info@vonoz.net
  • The return shipment must be sent to Switzerland
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

Refunds

vonoz does not offer cash or card refunds.
Instead, you will receive a digital gift card (store credit) for the value of your returned item (excluding shipping fees). This credit can be used at any time for future purchases on vonoz.net.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return your original piece for store credit and place a new order.
